Staff College, NIPA, Services Academy under threat

LAHORE - Three civil servants’ institutions - the Staff College, National Institute of Public Administration buildings and Civil Services Academy - are considered to be under serious threat of the terrorist attacks, while the police and civil administration have been directed to take strict security measures. 
Moreover, information about two terrorists, being feared to carryout attacks on the shrines, has been also provided to the police. 
This has been not done for the first time, since information about the terrorist attack on the Police Emergency Response Centre 15 was also given in advance. 
The communiquTs have been also marked to the Home Secretary, and heads of other law enforcement agencies. 
The administration had been directed to observe extreme vigilance, and heighten the security arrangements, besides making all efforts for apprehending the planners and would-be perpetrators. 
The officers have been also requested to place special emphasis for the advance information and intelligence. 
Divisional Commissioner Lahore Khusro Pervaiz Khan has sent a letter to the Capital City Police Officer, Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations) and the District Coordination Officer mentioning that there was a serious possibility of terrorist attack on the Staff College, NIPA and the Civil Services Academy. 
The SSP (Operations) and the DCO have been directed to visit the College and Academy for ensuring ample security of sufficient and trained police personnel for protecting these two premises. 
Secondly, they have been also directed to take precautionary and pre-emptive measures aimed at averting any untoward incident. 
Moreover, they have been asked to make all efforts at identifying and apprehending the terrorists. 
In another communiquT by the Commissioner, the CCPO and the DCO have been told about two terrorists, who could possibly target shrines of Sufi saints, especially, Darbar Data Sahib. 
It has been mentioned that they have entered the City. 
Description of the terrorists has been given as well. One is named as 18-year-old Zubair, having small beard, round face and broad nose. I
nayatullah is the second one, who is 22-year-old with long beard, and parting his hair in the middle. Both are said to be of middle height.
